Privacy & cookies
How the website enquiry prompts work and how to raise a privacy request.
Who is responsible
Pivotal Innovations Ltd is the company responsible for the business enquiries it receives. Company number: 13112812. Registered office: Mansion House, Manchester Road, Altrincham, Cheshire, United Kingdom, WA14 4RW. For privacy questions or requests, Email David.
How the enquiry form works
The prompts on the home page prepare an email draft in your own email application. The name, topic and message you enter are processed in your browser for that purpose; this website has no form-submission endpoint or enquiry database. Opening a draft does not send it. You decide whether to send the email.
If you send an email, Pivotal Innovations receives the information in that email, including your email address, message and any attachments. Please do not include sensitive personal information, live client records or credentials in an initial enquiry.
Purposes and lawful bases
Enquiry correspondence is used to understand your request, respond to you and discuss a possible engagement. Where you ask for steps towards a contract, the relevant basis may be taking steps at your request before entering a contract. For ordinary business correspondence, the intended basis is the legitimate interest in communicating with potential clients and running the business. The appropriate basis must be confirmed for the particular processing.
This notice covers website enquiries. Processing client data during a consulting engagement requires its own agreed responsibilities and, where applicable, a data processing agreement.
Data readiness assessment
The assessment processes your answers locally in your browser. It does not request your name or email, submit answers to a server or save them between visits. Reloading or leaving the page clears the answers. You may choose to download or copy your snapshot, or open an email draft to Pivotal Innovations. Information is received by Pivotal Innovations only if you send that email.
Cookies, analytics and hosting
The website’s own code does not set cookies or use advertising pixels, analytics scripts, local storage or session storage. The decorative animation runs locally and does not transmit pointer movements. Images are served as site assets.
The hosting platform may process technical information for delivery, security or access control, and may have its own account or session requirements. Email applications and linked external websites also operate under their own privacy notices. Hosting and email provider arrangements should be confirmed as part of the final company notice.
Sharing and international processing
Hosting and email services may handle technical information and correspondence as part of providing their services. The final notice should identify the relevant providers or categories, any other recipients, overseas processing and applicable safeguards. This draft does not claim that all processing takes place in the UK.
Retention
Retention periods for enquiries, unsuccessful proposals and engagement records need to be confirmed against the company’s actual practices and relevant obligations. A final notice should state those periods or clear criteria for deciding them. No fixed deletion schedule is claimed in this draft.
Your information rights
Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, you may have rights to access and correct personal information, request its deletion, restrict processing, object to processing or receive portable copies. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent. To make a request, Email David.
